3 Ways to Stoke Your Digestive Fire

Don’t worry—Agni isn’t fixed. You can reignite it with simple, kitchen-based habits.

1. Stop Drowning the Fire (No Ice Water)

Imagine a campfire. If you dump a bucket of ice water on it, what happens? It dies. The same happens in your stomach. Swap ice water for warm ginger water or room-temperature water to keep your enzymes active.
