A patient had been experiencing pain in multiple joints for around 3–4 months, with discomfort being more noticeable in approximately four joints. The symptoms were particularly noticeable during the morning, after waking up.
During the follow-up, the patient reported significant improvement compared to the earlier condition. The discomfort had reduced considerably, and the affected area also felt less swollen and less heavy than before.
Improvement in Morning Symptoms
The patient explained that the symptoms were more noticeable in the morning, especially after getting up. However, after the treatment, there was a clear reduction in overall discomfort and the patient felt more comfortable during daily activities.
Rice-Based Local Procedure
The patient had also undergone a rice-based local procedure, including the use of a rice preparation applied to the affected area. According to the patient, this provided noticeable relief and comfort.
During the follow-up, the procedure was advised to be continued, along with the recommended warm-water routine.

Digestion and Sleep
The follow-up also included questions about digestion and bowel movements. The patient reported that the stomach was clearing properly and digestion was going well.
The patient also reported good sleep, indicating an improvement in overall comfort and daily routine.
Follow-Up Plan
Considering the patient’s progress, two medicines were added to the ongoing treatment plan. Another follow-up was planned after one month to assess the patient’s progress and response to the treatment.
